We’ll look at what skills businesses are really looking for now, what has changed, and what still matters just as much when it comes to progression and credibility.

After the FLF sessions, you’re free to head out onto the IFE show floor and explore the exhibition at your own leisure. It’s a great opportunity to take in the show, follow up on ideas sparked during the sessions, and continue conversations informally with others across the industry.

Together, the session, panel and show visit are designed to help you think about how you lead today, and how you future-proof your place in the sector, while making the most of being at one of the industry’s biggest events. 

Please note, spaces for the session, The Leader You Need to Be Next, are limited to 45 and allocated on a first come, first served basis. As well as registering your spot with us, you must also register with IFE to gain access to the show floor. As always, this event is FREE to FLF members.
