FareShare
FareShare is the UK’s largest charity tackling hunger and food waste, redistributing surplus good-to-eat food from the food industry to over 9,500 charities and community groups. Their network transforms this food into meals and parcels for vulnerable families and individuals, many of whom are experiencing poverty, unemployment, or social isolation.
Every year, FareShare redistributes millions of meals that would otherwise go to waste, working with over 600 companies across the supply chain, including farmers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers. They accept a wide range of fresh, frozen, chilled, and ambient foods, including own-label and branded products, ensuring full compliance with food safety and traceability standards.
