The Future Leaders Forum gives under-35s in wholesale a platform to shape the sector’s future. Members bring new perspectives to our strategy, explore ways to attract and develop talent, and contribute to events, networking and training initiatives. The Future Leaders Forum equips emerging leaders with the tools, insight and opportunities to drive innovation and growth across the industry.
The Future Leaders Forum is open to under-35s from all Food & Drink Wholesale UK membership - wholesalers, suppliers and service providers. Membership to the FLF is free as part of your wider Food & Drink Wholesale UK membership, and gives members access to two bespoke events, our wider events programme and our mentoring scheme (starting in 2027) with senior industry colleagues.
