Building connections, developing talent, championing inclusion
Diversity in Wholesale provides a platform for members to connect with peers, gain practical guidance, and develop the skills needed to succeed in a dynamic wholesale environment. Through mentoring, training, events and recognition programmes, we cover Seven Pillars of Diversity: Gender, Age, Disability, LGBTQ+, Neurodiversity, Ethnicity & Culture and Mental Health. By sharing best practice, providing support and fostering open conversation, we help businesses attract, retain and inspire the widest possible pool of talent.
What's new
Alongside our flagship event, we’re launching a Women in Wholesale Leadership Network with exclusive meet-ups for senior and rising talent, plus a dedicated mentoring event to inspire and connect women at every career stage. We’re also introducing a Women in Wholesale Wellbeing Group, including a supportive Menopause Café, creating space for honest conversation, growth and community across the sector.
The FWD Academy
The FWD Academy is an immersive, year-round experience that will support businesses in embedding inclusion into their workplace culture 365 days a year, moving beyond traditional diversity moments to create lasting, sustainable change. Delivered through key touchpoints across 12 months, the programme provides exclusive insight sessions and support to our Diversity in Wholesale sponsors.
